Great food makes great memories and nothing says memorable more than a beautiful and amazing grazing table artfully presented and installed onsite.

 

Buffet heroes has been installing Grazing experiences since 2017 and we love the crafting of such special memories that an impressive food spread can invoke. 

 

Each table is designed with locally sourced seasonal produce, continental cheeses, charcuterie and a whole lot more delicious goodies.

What's Included?

We will arrive prior to your event and create your grazing table using food-safe paper, greenery, fruit and herbful flair, quality ingredients and biodegradable disposable flatware.

Your grazer is an aesthetically pleasing, beautifully created nibbly-bit style deluxe cheese and charcuterie board.  You can add a tablescape, rustic wood with platforms, ceramics, greenery and fairy lights which elevate this beautiful eating experience.

Fresh-cut fruit and crudités

  • 4ft Grazing Table Runner
    Feeds 10 - 29 people. This is the smallest grazing table available and is a smaller version of the main menu. This is a beautiful talking point of your party, take a look at the menu at the top of the page. A table runner is exactly that it sits through the middle of your table. We do not price the runner per person it is priced for a 4ft grazing runner of yummies. £379
  • 6ft Amazing Grazing
    6ft grazing table - view the full grazing menu at the top of the grazing page. If you are ordering for 30 - 50 people you will need a 6ft space for us to create it on. A kitchen counter or island is great as well as a dining table or a table at your venue. Please keep in mind for your event planning purposes, it takes approximately 45 mins - 1 hr to install this size table. £13 per person Rental of Tablescape can be added for £50 and includes the clean up of the buffet table and our equipment.   • 8ft Amazing Grazing
    8ft grazing table - view the full grazing menu at the top of the grazing page. If you are ordering for 51- 80 people you will need an 8ft space for us to create it on. A kitchen counter or large dining table or 2 x 4ft tables at your venue. Please keep in mind for your event timeline planning purposes, it takes approximately 1hr - 1 1/2 hrs to install this size table. £13 per person Rental of Tablescape can be added for £50 and includes the clean up of the buffet table and our equipment.   • Equipment needed
    Whether your event is in your home or in a booked venue, tables large enough to hold your chosen grazer size is required. In your home this could be a breakfast island, counter top or dining table. In a venue multiple tables will need to be erected in a single line in a shaded area (not in direct sunlight) ready for us to install the grazer.
  • Dietary Information
    We cater for dietary requirements and allergies everyday and can adjust the menu accordingly. e.g nut free. Add a gluten free platter - Sausage rolls, bread, crackers, lemon cake & tiffin bars £28 Add a vegan platter - Sausage rolls, falafel, coronation chickpea vol au vents, crackers, dairy-free 'butter' & "cheese", lemon cake. £32
  • Rent our tablescape
    Rent our full tablescape which includes; Table Covering | Wood Boards | Salad and Dips Bowls | Large Rustic Wood Crate | Charcuterie Platter Turntable | Foliage | Flowers & LED Candles return to clear away our equipment after 2-3 hours. £50
  • What if kids are attending?
    If your event guest list includes a number of children, you may want to consider that a grazer full of fancy charcuterie with rich and strange foods won't go over too well with them. We can provide individual grazing boxes for children aged 2 - 9 yrs. It will include; Ham | Babybel Cheese | Dairylea Triangle | Plain Crackers | Cocktail Sausages | Pizza Fingers | Chicken Dippers | Veggie Sticks | Mini Snacks & Cookies £6.50 minimum order of 5 boxes (only as an add on for a full grazing menu or 4ft runner) Please inform us of any allergies. We cater kids grazing boxes for the following dietaries vegetarian, vegan and gluten free are £7.50 each.
